FREE delivery on orders over £75

All orders are sent on the Royal Mail tracking service. Delivery is free for all UK mainland orders over £75, choose the free shipping option at the checkout page. Please allow 2-5 working days for your parcel to arrive. You will receive a text message from Royal Mail with an estimated time of arrival.

All deliveries for orders under £75 are charged at a flat rate of £5.95 which includes packaging. Deliveries to UK mainland only on the Royal Mail tracking service. We also offer free collection from the store. Choose the local pickup option at the checkout if you would like to collect your order from our store at 16 Castle Street, Ludlow, SY8 1AT (in Ludlow town square). You will be sent an e-mail when your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.

DAMAGES AND BREAKAGES

We take special care to ensure your goods are packed safely and securely, using approved packaging but occasionally and unfortunately, some breakages or damage can occur.

Any damage to the order that has occurred during transit must be reported to us as soon as possible on receipt of the goods. If there is visible damage on delivery, this must be reported to the courier.

All goods must be examined, and we must be notified of any breakages immediately and within two days of delivery at the latest. We may ask you to send us photos of the damage before further action is taken.
